In 2013, we visited the USA for our film Country Roads - the heartbeat of America

We were searching the authentic America - away from Wall Street and Hollywood. It is a search for the spirit and the strength that is keeping America together - in spite of the hard times it is facing. In country music we find the real America. It opens a view on the heartbeat of America and helps us to rediscover the nation. with a new generation of country musicians. The rhinestones are done with. Shortly afterwards, Trump was elected for the first time. Many of our protagonists probably voted for him. 

 

In 2024, he was elected to the White House for the second time. 

In the fall of 2025, we will see what has become of those who make up the soul of America.
